yes if you remove all shorts via short killer of course , but no by cuting only one side cut.

no fake iff you do not execed the proper voltage they bake the short slowly for not burn the flat cables cofs for this not hapen they use 18v only, thats why when you use high voltages you need to continuasly taping for not burn the flat cables. If you use more them 30v continuasly whit high amps you burn the flats.
