Sir, This is regarding Dual Degree. 1.If student enroll to particular course through advertisement ,informing that PG (II) students eligible to pursue B.ed course, in this case UNIVERSITY has put up a PUBLIC NOTICE,and Dual degree issues crops up ,Who is at fault,Candidate,University,Goverment or UGC.Pls refer Public advertisement issued in The Hindu news Paper dated on 21/08/23 this clarity was not there earlier,Again who is responsible ,are the questions to be asked before punishing general public.

UGC ko hi banned kar dena chshiye. UGC uljalul niyam banata rahta hai, Simultaneously degree ka rule dekhe to ugc kabhi allow karta hai, kabhi allow nahi karta hai, Abhi recently fir allowed kar diya. Isme Barbaad students ka jivan hota hai.

I think UGC should give opportunity to those who completed 2 degrees simulatiniously... Opportunity to choose one degree, otherwise it will be injustice to them....

No..... Because according to new norms of UGC, two degrees simultaneously will be legally recognised for those students only who have taken admission after the publish of new norms

Sir but after2022 ugc approve kar chuki hai dual degree. Or mai january 2024 MSC ignou se kar raha hoo online mode . or BE.d distance mode se kya ab valid hai ya ni. Ugc rule 1or 2 too allow kar rahi hai.but rule 3 me academic course only mention hai . while BE.d is professional course. Hai. Sir please reply

सर जी मैंने अनुछेद 21 अनुसार (गरिमा के साथ जीने का अधिकार ) सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में अपनी परेशानी को एक नॉर्मल पत्र मै लिखा था. परंतु सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा उसे PIL के रूप में लेकर उसमें कार्यवाही की जा रही हैं. मुझे नहीं पता मुझे आगे क्या करना है किस प्रकार से कार्रवाई होगी होगी। कृपया इस बारे में जानकारी दे आगे मुझे क्या करना चाहिए🙏

There is one concern I have related to 6-8 class exam eligibility. Sir I have done diploma in education from NIOS session 2017-2019(Distance mode) and completed BA English session 2018-2021(distance mode) Kindly suggest am I eligible for the 6-8 class exam as I started my graduation 1st year in 2018 and that same time i was doing 2nd year diploma in education Both education are in distance mode. Please suggest it is considerable or I will be rejected in eligibility.

Sir..mere bhai ne 12th ka exam state board and cbse dono se diya tha.. But usne cbse marksheet se aage admission liya hai..state board ka mrkshit kbhi use ni kiya...abhi wo msc kr rha. Isse aage govt job me problm create hogi kya?State board ka markshit kbhi use ni krta hai wo aage to.

Sir Meri iti regular 2018-2020 me complete ho gayi or regular B.A. 2019-2022 me complete ho gayi यदि भविष्य में आईटीआई पर नौकरी लग जाती हैं तो वहां पर उन लोगों को पता चल जाता है डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन करते समय क्या वह नौकरी से निकाल देंगे यदि निकाले भी देंगे तो हाई कोर्ट में न्याय मिलेगा क्या

Kisi student ne agr 2018 me three years regular and 2 years distance dono course suru kia ho toh ky results hoga? Because 3years regular course ka academic session 2018-21 hoga And 2years distance course ka academic session 2018-20 hoga. Toh es case me v ky dono degrees invalid hogi? Yaa valid hogi? सर मी msc प्रवेश २०१४ घेतला दोन वर्षांची पदवी परंतू एक पेपर atkt लागला third semester आणि तो सतत तीन वेळेस तसाच राहिला २०१६ वर्ष कालावधी पुर्ण झाला पण मी काही तो पेपर उत्तीर्ण झालोच वर्ष वाया जाईल या भीतीनं मी bed ला प्रवेश केला Bsc वर पदवी वर आता मी bed अंतीम वर्ष व Msc तो पेपर एकाच वर्षी उत्तीर्ण (२०१९) झालो तर माझी पदवी valid आहे का? कृपया करून मला मार्गदर्शन करा.

To kya meri dono hi degree cancel ho jaayegi kya Agar me keval b.ed ki degree ko hi future me kaam me lu to koi dikkat to nhi hogi na. Maine 12th BIHAR OPEN BOARD se kiya hai June 2022 session me and sath hi polytechnic kiya hai regular se. Kya mai aage ki padhai(BA.LLB) ke liye eligible nahi hu after 12th.

Sir maine 1 diploma (ded in spl education)regular mode from hriyana Rci recognized institution se 2018 se 2020 tak and 1degri (ba) open mode uprtou se session-2018 se 2021 tak kiya hai. Sir kya invalid ho jayegi? Waiting for answer sir.

sir do academic year ka session clash kab se maana jata hai, session end hone ke year se ya examination consuct ho jane ke year ke basis pe. pls sir iska koi authentic aur integrated information nahi mil paa raha hai, maine kai logon se puchha kai officers ignou aur different universities me jaakar puchha, kisi ne bhi authentic aur relevant information provide nhi ki.. pls sir iske regarding koi authentic information provide kara dijiye 😢

Sir maine D.El.Ed (2018-2020 session) regular mode mei admission liya tha par 2020 mei 2 years poore hone k baad v corona k wajah se session late ho gya aur final exam nhi hua. Final exam Sept.-Oct. 2021 mei hua aur uska result march 2022 mei aaya, par issi beech maine 2020 mei he BA (graduation) mei admission le liya jiska session (2020-2023) hai, please btaye kya mere dono courses valid honge, maine D.El.Ed. ka 2 saal ka session poora karke he graduation mei admission liya, toh kya mai unhe govt. Job mei use kar sakta hu. Please reply 🙏

Sir Mera bhi ISI tarah ka matter hai jismein Mera 2010-11 bed regular aur 11:12 MA final private chhatra ke taur per hai aur meri joining Ho Gai thi per bad mein mujhe suspend kar diya Gaya madhya Pradesh school shiksha vibhag dwara are main kya kar sakta hun
