I've done this when all I for bread was the frozen texas toast from the dollar store. It's good but the crust of the bread can be a little tough compared to a nice soft brioche or potato bun

These look great!! I've been considering buying a griddle like yours. I like them because you can cook a mess of food fast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Any suggestions?

I've got a couple ideas for you. Burger sized sausage patties and omelets made with bacon bits and pepperjack cheese on toast. Also, get yourself a large quarter ham and you can make sandwiches on that frozen Texas toast too.

Roll that meatball over after a minute and smash it down with that brown side up. Spatula won't stick to your burger when smashing. I'm definitely trying this! You didn't hit it with that butter 😮. WTF!

Add some worcestershire to your ground beef makes a great burger
