I agree with you guys ! Emily henry is great but people push one book after another of a particular artist if one of their book turns out to be amazing and I am so against it because I liked book lovers but beach read was a bad read for me , it was very slow and just had really miscommunications as you said .

I really have to wonder if maybe Shatter Me is something I would have liked IF I would have read it when I was younger. Reading it as a 27-year-old for the first time, Juliette was just so annoying and whiny, and the only character I could really stand was Kenji.
