hey sorry for the late reply! I used plugins inside logic. But essentially for the clean tone you want a phaser/delay and for the heavier parts you want the big muff op amp ( they go for cheap )

the big muff op amp is a fuzz pedal, which is like a 'round and hairy' sounding distortion basically - heavily used in stoner rock and and shoegaze

Not a sponsor lol but just incase you're interested - there's a few apps out there that will remove guitar (and other stems) from your songs using AI and they're actually pretty damn accurate, the one I use is called Moises. Awesome for making jam/backing tracks. Paid like 50 bucks for a yearly unlimited subscription, but the free tier gives you like 10 free songs a month I think. Definitely worth checking out, it's a game changer for the sport of bedroom guitar

It’s not a backing track, it’s just the song. Pan the song slightly to the side and increase your guitars volume in the mix so yours takes over
