SU just sounds better.. TXSU all of their Woodwinds are outta tune, their Low Brass have heavy tongues, and their cut offs are just not there... SU has dynamics.. it's not just loud and louder.. and all their arrangements perfectly fit the instrumentation they have.. #HumanJukeBox

TSU SOLID FOR THERE SIZE!! SU brass section TO BIG TO NOT BE strong and solid on every song! My opinion though I marched in the Ocean so I can hear the difference both bands are good on certain songs as usual because each band got they favorite songs they like to yak/or blow!!!

TXSU 1983 version of Ain't Nobody was a better arrangement.....it woke me up when they blew it on us in Mumford....Roy or Eric had the arrangement for us by the following Tuesday. I laugh at the "Play NEW music Comment" because a lot of the songs played by bands today are what we played more than 30 years ago.

Im sorry but having a band brass section scream at me the entire performance i cant do. We dont play like that in florida. Its one band one sound truely. You cant even hear they woodwinds. If you got to damn near catch a asthma attack trying to play loud then you aint playing right. Just look at how much effort goes into playing just one note. I hate that style of playing...
