Yep, That was intill 2020, Her Modern day voice was first shown in the Video “SMG4: Mario gets [W O K E ] , However That was just for a few seconds before Mario continued to mess with her voice, But then during WOTFI 2020 Her Inkling Voice was Changed to her Modern voice Permently When SMG3 Tried to Kill... (Yes Mario pushed smg3 causing him to press the voice change button instead!)
