Yes this bumper will hold the Warn PowerPlant Winch. The only item that I can foresee having issues with the PowerPlant is the Modular Bull Bar add on bar (found at the very top in this video). Everything else will work without issue because the built in bumper winch mount is the same bolt pattern as the Warn PowerPlant and there is more than enough clearance them to work together. The Smittybilt XRC M.O.D. Modular bumper does not have specific jack locations designed to lift the Jeep. We suggest that you lift the Jeep from the side rocker guards or use the Hi-Lift Bumper Lift Attachment the part number is #H/LBL-250 to lift the Jeep from the front. No the stock Fog Lights will not fit in the end plates, but the Smittybilt Full Width End Plates do come with new lights included.

Pablo, the XRC M.O.D. center section does not include the D-Rings. The bumper will include the D-Ring mounts so that you can hang the d-rings off the bumper. Thanks.
