When you start to think about it; there are tons of things in a supermarket that will burn with a vengeance. Just think of the cooking oil aisle, or the alcool section. All those spray cans of oils and cleaners. Maybe even hardware stuff like propane, butane, spray paints.

I’m not from New York. Why do you refer to buildings on fire as “taxpayers” ? Are some buildings tax exempt ? I’d always been under the impression that New York had a tax on just about everything.
