Jan & René of Full Moon Frenzy join the biggest rock band on earth and break the world record of largest performing rock band with 1.002 musicians. This all-time rock classic is the 8th of 18 songs played for an audience of over 15.000. Humbled and thankful to have been part of it. Incredible experience.

Am 73, made my grandson promise to take me to a Rockin ‘ 1000 concert after COVID. Don’t care cost or airfare. Discovered you during the pandemic and you have given me reason to look forward. Awesome!

I was part of the band as a singer! Months of practicing alone, two and a half long hard days doing rehearsals in Frankfurt and a fcking great concert for 20000 people. One of the most beautiful experiences in my life! ♥️

The Rockin' 1000 - это «самая большая рок-группа на Земле», сообщает сайт коллектива. Команда музыкантов впервые собралась в 2015 году в городе Чезена, на севере Италии. Изначально музыканты собрались для флешмоба, целью которого было заставить Foo Fighters сыграть в Чезене (что им в итоге удалось). После этого The Rockin' 1000 стали собираться регулярно в разных городах мира, чтобы исполнять песни разных исполнителей. В основном «группа» состоит из итальянцев, но в ней также играют музыканты из Канады, России, Польши, Беларуси, Бельгии, Испании и других стран. Любой желающий может записаться в коллектив через анкету на сайте.

"Smoke On The Water" We all came out to Montreux On the Lake Geneva shoreline To make records with a mobile We didn't have much time Frank Zappa and the Mothers Were at the best place around But some stupid with a flare gun Burned the place to the ground Smoke on the water, a fire in the sky Smoke on the water They burned down the gambling house It died with an awful sound Funky Claude was running in and out Pulling kids out the ground When it all was over We had to find another place But Swiss time was running out It seemed that we would lose the race Smoke on the water, a fire in the sky Smoke on the water We ended up at the Grand Hotel It was empty, cold and bare But with the Rolling truck Stones thing just outside Making our music there With a few red lights and a few old beds We made a place to sweat No matter what we get out of this I know, I know we'll never forget Smoke on the water, a fire in the sky Smoke on the water
