I use it at the gym. Go to the smooth and steady rhythm. I don't need the heavy metal or the EDM, that is reserved for pyramid lift days. Or Challenge days. Though I prefer classic rock for those, they tell a story and are much better musically.

I appreciate your masterpieces of lofi comps and to be honest when i found this specific lofi mix i was going through a very dark time of my own self. Today at school wasn't a good day... All the casual better students understood everything as usual, people were too loud for no reason, temperature was shit and I didn't do the exercises correctly. Later in the afternoon the teacher came to me and asked me if I was okey. I told him it was a bad day and it would better if I do the exercises at home. And tonight on that beat, I succeed all the exercies with the good answers I didn't get in the class today. Feels good to go to sleep with that feeling.
