I swear my mouth watered when you took those oxtails off the grill and that little dance you did after tasting them did not go unnoticed! Lol. I felt that. Those oxtails look so dang good. I've always cooked them southern style without smoking first and will give this technique a try.

Man I STILL haven’t done these yet. I hear the braise is an absolute must though. I do a similar process with Country Style Ribs. Looking good, man. I’m saving the video so I can come back to it when I’m ready. Good stuff bruh, well explained.
