Well Robert, I will sure say a prayer for Kentuckyans tonight. Also, I did 27 years in the Infantry. A wonderful realization when I came back from many years abroad (I currently live in Colombia,South America not Carolina lol) is how completely worth it the American people are. Politics can take a back seat to that and also, country boys/gals still have good values although I have my concerns about the cities. Take care!

Appreciate the shout out to Kentucky. We lost everything to that Dec 11,2021 tornado & it's affected us in so many ways long term I'd never dreamed about. I'm starting a new job as a traveling superintendent for a construction company Feb 6th 2023 due to the aftermath of that destruction just to survive & provide for my family. Tomorrow Saturday Feb 4th,2023 my kids will all be here for a get together before I have to head out on Sunday. I'm gonna do these on the grill as well as the smoked shotgun shells along with cabbage wrapped up in bacon. Looking forward to sharing good food, good friends & family.

Thank you a million times from Canada! This opens a can of worms here. My neighbor who I am not a fan of has a pig. I don't. In the past, said pig came down and munched on my garden. The neighbor's pig visited many other gardens in the past so much that it had its own faceplant page. This video gives me inspiration to solve the problem. SOOOEEEE- here piggy piggy! time for me to party with some pig shots. Of course, the topic of the future is: "Has anybody seen our pig?" Me: "nope." BURP.

With dove season starting today a dove breast would be a nice add on…problem is here in my area of Texas the durn dove have vanished….really kinda sad. We speculate the drought made the shells dry out and be to thick to hatch. This looks mighty fine though. The big taste of bacon is a must not a single wrap I agree! On the way to Baylor games I stop by in West where there is a huge Polish community and certain places make all kinds of sausage…talk about fine dining…absolutely. Thanks for ideas again.
