It definitely can kill you. Use to bartend and we served them called “vape shots” we stopped in 2018. Doctors advised us to discontinue them because if someone gets alcohol poisoning, you can pump their stomach, but can’t pump someone’s lungs.

@@ProdNapoleon it doesn’t matter if you ingest/smoke alcohol. You get drunk because your blood alcohol increases, and you’re liver is what cleans your blood. So it definitely won’t change the liver harm.

@@Zamlak It would most certainly at least reduce the risk of liver harm significantly as it doesn’t get metabolised by the liver so the liver isn’t under as much pressure, however it will still put the liver under strain as like you said it filters the blood. For example for drugs that are both active orally and injectable, the injectable version of the drug (a great example are anabolic steroids and SARMs) is no where near as harmful to the liver, although it comes with its own risks.
