I've never went the extra mile to check out the background music from kurzgesagt video. But this smoking video's soundtrack was so awesome, it made me find Epic Mountain. Thanks for the exhilarating ride! The mood shifts within the 9mins are phenomenal. My favourite part is the addition of base drums at 4:47 to resemble the heartbeat quickening, it makes it feels like the stakes are high now!

Very different style from what you usually create, but you did such a great job portraying in music the seductive-like attraction that nicotin creates ^^ The start reminded me so much of Crash Bandicoot though xD

Very different. Epic Music is most of what I listen to because they are not a band bound to genre or sound. Whether I'm looking for something fun, sad, ominous, or just pure awe, Epic has it. This felt very noir. 👌 0:01 Get Lit 3:40 Party of Poisons 7:22 Past the Puff

The soothness and seducibility of that voice is truly smart representation of an addiction. The undertone is set to be exciting yet sadening (especially in the final segment). A masterfully crafted OST!

As a saxophone player, the sax solo made me so happy, and it is beautiful, I love the reverb and the high section. Not sure if there has been a saxophone feature in your music before. (Do it more often) This is definitely a new contender for your favorite song of mine. You guys are the best!

The echoing sax that starts at 8:00 is such a great way to end this melancholy journey of addiction, especially when the video ends with some positives that people can do to help themselves out. Gives off a sense of both sadness and hope that makes me tear up for some reason. This is definitely one of your best, Epic Mountain! :D

This is another fire song as you could probably tell from the smoke. This has to be the most distinct soundtrack you guys have made so far & gives me jazzy feelings. The ending sounds more somber as they explain the problems with smoking :(

Is the graphic department separate from the Motion Picture Soundtrack devision? Do they supply the graphic design for the cover art ahead of time? Or is all the composing done after the general constructs of the original video have been concluded, because of how the music transitions and fits perfectly into the segments of the animation and overall construct of the video and it's narration. How does stuff like that work, I'm really intrigued.

Wow, this is so cool! I love how first it kinda sounds like a sly soundtrack, giving it that unhinged feel which is generalized about people who smoke. Then the harp at the beginning is like that temptation making it seem like it’s really good.

I really really love this one! It is definetly one that is more risky than usual but you have mastered it so well! ^^ (On a side-note: I really REALLY want to have a voice like that... Not exactly that but into that direction. Tho I know there is not only luck but a ton of training involved so I have the deepest respect of the singer!)
