He’s saying both are harmful..and it’s not advised to use any of them..this is for people who are addicted to any of them..if one is to choose a lesser harmful one, vape is the logical option..eventually one should quit its use completely which is difficult but not impossible..mind you any addiction is not easy to get rid of..he’s educating us ..he’s not promoting

See smoking anything is injurious to our health but if you want to quit smoking vape helps ... And vape is not addictive so you can switch to vape and when you feel like now you don't have that urge to smoke a cigarette you can leave vape.
