Yeah he is boring sadly, too much like milio too much human… for me he should’ve been full of himself with an oversized pride of being a dragon. But unfortunately that doesn’t sell well :(

One core strenght of the champions for me is the fact their walkin'-talkin' pop culture references and Smolder adorably reminds me of various other cartoon dragons from my childhood

Agreed. For what it is the voice acting is top tier just not the direction I would have liked to see personally. Feels like Rito are trying to become more kid friendly or something
