Smontaggio avvitatore XIAOMI Mijia Precision (Disassembly and reassembly screwdriver)

Purtroppo al primo utilizzo, dopo aver svitato le prime tre o quattro viti di un notebook che avevo in riparazione, il mio nuovo avvitatore XIAOMI Mijia, si è danneggiato. Un ingranaggio, forse difettoso, ha perso un paio di denti rendendolo inutilizzabile. Non avendo trovato in rete una guida che illustrasse come smontarlo, dopo averne ricevuto uno nuovo in sostituzione, ho deciso di sacrificare quello guasto per realizzare questo video a scopo divulgativo nella speranza che possa essere utile a qualcuno.
Sappiate comunque che è assai probabile che durante lo smontaggio si romperanno le due linguette in plastica lato porta USB.

Had mine lying around in my tool box for a long time, though not because the screw driver itself actually worked. I just kept it because of the tool bits and aesthetics i guess. Anyway i today decided to clean up a bit inside my toolbox, also meaning repairing broken tools. When i opened the screwdriver seen in this video, i firstly realized that the battery was completely dead, though that is caused most likely from the fact that the screwdriver had lied in the tool box for years, with a completely dead battery. That being said, a dead battery is most likely not what has caused your issue. I might be a bit ignorant on the topic, but if you want to fix this specific type of screwdriver, with the problem seen in the video (weird sound or and stuck when turned), then good luck my friend, because your gonna need it. The small dc motor is attached to a series of gear reduction spur gears, and as i looked onto the gears i could see with my bare eyes that the upper most gears where completely fuc*ed🤣. So there you go, if you want to fix this issue, go get some new spur gears🤣. Good luck mate😉

Thanks friend As mentioned in various comments, back when the video was made, I purchased and replaced the gear assembly for just a few euros. It was easy-peasy! 😉

😄😄 You're funny. Don't worry, demons don't fear me and I don't fear them. I have no interest in deceiving people. When I decided to make the video, I had already disassembled it, so it was easy to open it with only my fingers. It seems quite obvious to me! As I have already said in the description, the video is purely demonstrative, it only serves to help ..

I wrapped with cloth insulation tape, pulled it with a plier. Phewwwh what a pita to remove the cap. The built quality is impressive tho.

i didnt charge it for a year and now it wont even charge , the red light comes for a second when i plug in the usb cable but then goes away , is there a problem with the battery or with the usb pin ? if we want to change the battery can you please post a video on how to do it ? or to change the usb pin

You can see in the video it's a 3.7V 350mAh Li-ion ICR 10440 cell. Tried to post a link, but if you search ICR10440 you should find it!

Yes, it is a well built product. The materials are also good considering the price. You just have to be careful not to use it with too much force, otherwise you risk breaking the gears as happened to me while I was unscrewing the screws of a notebook .. For this reason I think it is only suitable for smartphones or something similar.

Yes of course, I replaced the gears keeping the original engine because it was of superior quality. Read in the comments, I also indicated the links. check if they are still valid.. have fun

@@RaccoonTech In the comments it says.. Anyway I got it here. I took the 150rpm version but it's a little fast, so I recommend the 3v and 100rpm version. Furthermore, I also advise you to replace only the gears and keep the original engine because it is of superior quality. So actually when you buy the voltage it doesn't matter. @@claudiobelli9842 This link you left in the comments is a slightly different gear motor, it has a longer tip. But I found the same one with the same dimensions that should fit perfectly. And yes, I will replace only the gears, and I will leave the motor original.

Хватило ровно на один разбор ноутбука. Стерлись шлеци редуктора. Никому не советую данную отвертку, предыдущая модель в разы лучше.

Search the Aliexpress site for "n20 dc geared motor". And be careful to choose the one that's right for you.

Ciao Premesso che non ho ancora acquistato il motoriduttore di ricambio per il mio, il motore è da 3V e, misurato, il mio ruota a 168 RPM. Quindi acquisterei quello che più si avvicina ovvero il 200 RPM.

@@riccardofedeli4711 Con un tachimetro digitale, ma esistono anche altri modi efficaci anche se meno pratici. Io, ad esempio, ho utilizzato per molto tempo le registrazioni audio digitali importate in programmi con una timeline tipo Premiere.
