Funny you're mentioning this. I can totally relate. I have been dealing with clinical depression for years. Not only the choice of tracks in those guys' sets, but also the kind of positive vibe they are spreading in the videos, manage to let me just forget that I basically am unable to feel anything. At least for some time, I can close my eyes and relax.

hey queen or king, just try and remember that low point only mean highs are ahead. life is all about ebbs and flows, and what you learn in your dark low times is uplifts you. that's called strength. take it day by day, and even in a week you'll look back and say wait I made it through those days! and soon enough, the weeks will pass, months will pass, and this low point will be just a memory in time. you are not your feelings.

Eating like a true local Regarding the pastry, it is called both "pastel de nata" and "pastel de Belém" Belém is the place they come from (and where you got yours), and "nata" means cream, as in the ingredient. The diference between "pastel" and "pastéis" is just the singular and plural, respectively
