@@MisaMonkey This guy is also using bipedal and the EN cost is manageable, just have to find the right build. When you hit ground with this build the EN bar recovers almost instantly, it's very potent if used correctly.

jee has been experimenting with unique cool builds, oro has been doing the same, and fightincowboy is making the single most braindead moronic stupid person builds ive ever seen, why fromsoft decided to make fucking fightincowboy the posterchild for this game is beyond me, the dude is a genuine moron and asshole to his fans. this build specifically relies pretty heavily on getting in close so the quad shotguns dont ricochet. AB is the best way to get in close as a lightweight

While this is what works best for Shift, and is probably one of the current strongest playstyles for a lightweight build, not all of us have this playstyle and are willing to accept defeat to certain "other" builds that make the game kind of unfun in PvP. I'd rather just get through a match and leave and try again with someone different in that case as opposed to just using someone else's build/playstyle.

Idk which booster he is using but I'd assume it's the one with the max AB speed. It's definitely possible with this build.

You just engage the hard lock and use the left analog to shift left or right. However you can’t fire when you shift, so no good for automatic weapons. Single shot works best.

the other guy is half right but theres more to it. You also have to use quick turn while assault boosting. (+left/right) to get those 90 degree turns without canceling assult boost so you can keep doing it. (Hold the Boost button and then input left or right while assault boosting) and if you quickturn backwards, you cancel assault boost but are facing backwards instantly.

Automatic weapons don't really work that well with AB since while in the AB dodge state you can't shoot. And after the dodge is also a short window where you can't shoot and eats your inputs. Like U have to be AB straight for like a little less than half a second to fire stuff. Shoulder mounted missiles are like one of the exceptions to the no firing while AB dodging, that I know of.

The reboot seems a little slow though. It would be more effective on a reverse joint since those are typically in the air and not benefiting from the insane grounded EN generation.

Why do you need feedback about viability? just play the build and when you feel it isn't viable then do another build. Unless ofc you're having fun.

Why the heck not? a) This comment is to start conversation about spec and the approach to a problem within the game, not my attitude towards t he game. b) It is reasonable to ask for proof from the creator. He/she showcases specific scenarios implying it is a valid use case and it doesn't look like one to me after playing this game for 100+ hours. That's why I am asking for feedback, I don't want to waste my time trying to make someone else's idea work - it is much easier to just ask here. Any issues with such approach?

The creator is not trying to sell you a build where buyers skepticism would be perfectly valid. It seems like you are looking for a consensus opinion on whether or not this build will carry you. Everyone already knows what is over powered in the game atm. If you are concerned with win rate (viability?) then there is only 4 weapons and one frame for you. This is also a game where you can just be better than your oppo and vice versa. Creater has posted 4-5 vids now of him getting wins with this build. It is clearly "viable" but it probably won't carry you. We all know what is OP right now.

They are still using 4 shotguns, just not the Zimmerman's it's not like he's picking weak weapons
