It's called scanning and most people do it when reading. Your brain can usually determine what the word is from the first, middle, and last letters. I did it to read your comment. I'm not dyslexic

You guys should play one night. It's a great game where one person is a werewolf and they have to try to convince the villagers that someone else is the werewolf, while the villagers have to find out who is the werewolf . A little twist is there are different characters like the troublemaker, the robber, the doppelgänger, and a bunch more. There is even an app that you can use that tells you who needs to wake up and cause ruckus and when they need to do it. It's a great game you guys should totally do it, and so much fun.

His brain works like someone who has dyslexia but he doesn't have it his eyes have blind spots in them so instead of seeing like we do he has blank/blurry spots if hes looking at words some letters or entire words will be missing and his brain will fill in the blanks for him or words will jumble together and create new words
