Ingredients
6 Bone in Pork Chops
1/2 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1/2 Onion (sliced)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Dried Thyme
Cayenne Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Parsley Flakes (garnish)
2 Tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder (or more as desired)
6 Tbsp Flour (for making gravy)
3 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Oil for browning meat (use more as needed)
4 -5 Tbsp Oil for sauté vegetables

Love that you didn't give measurements for the most part. With video, it's better to learn how to eyeball most cooking, it makes cooking so much less stressful. Preciseness is only needed in bread baking (until it becomes muscle memory) and I suppose some soups.

Seasoning on potatoes must be secret. Although it's kind of an important part of sharing your potato recipe for fried potatoes and onions I wish you would have shared what you seasoned the potatoes with!

ummm, I thought she was going to add buttermilk to the gravy because that' s what I do.. and if you don't have actual buttermilk you just use some milk and vinegar mixed and let it sit for about 5 minutes and let it start to curdle up then add it to the pan..They have measurements all over the internet for how much to use for this smothered pork chop recipe..
