I had to sub! I'll be cooking turkey legs for the first time and I had an idea of searing them before placing them in the oven.

Only thing: small tip…. I stole this recipe and added Sazon, and brown sugar a couple drops of liquid smoke…….. it replaces my thanksgiving Turkey every year

I made Turkey wings and the flavor was AMAZING but the Turkey wings itself were kind of tough and they were in the oven for an hour and 45 minutes so idk what I did wrong

You just got to cook it a little longer covered. 2 hours covered & 30 mins uncovered. It happened to me too. I basted it every 30 mins so the meat don't get dry.
