801/802, the R151 demonstrator, made its debut on CGL! This train was on T101 originally and swapped to T102.
SGT2581 Announcement: With LTA announcing the retirement of the First, Second and Third Generation Trains in Singapore, (Kawasaki Heavy Industries Contract 151, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft C651 and Kawasaki Nippon Sharyo C751B), both of us will be filming more of these trains on both NSL and EWL, to commemorate the great service that these trains have provided.

Tbh, they don’t really suit to run on CGL anymore at this point since they are outdated, so make sense for the newer trains to takeover instead

Enjoy them on mainline. KHI doesn’t fit CGL at all.
