People only need some "!!!" on the screen to assume that he fucked his opponent up, but what I saw, was nothing serious.

It's not just his attitude. It's a bunch of things. He shouldn't have passed the first round. He picked the weakest rapper to 1v1 against. And on top of that messed up the same "weak" rapper's flow (accidental or not), and then, as if to say I don't give a **** that I screwed you over, he did his freestyle straight after. All these things hint at bad character - not that that's wrong or anything, but even if you were thinking logically it's not good for fandom, popularity, and definitely not a good look for YG. Also, I really think the judges need to start getting stricter on lyric mistakes again - as every season goes by, there are more top tier rappers making lyric mistakes, like they just don't care. On a brighter note, One did sound better this round, so we'd better hope he proves everyone wrong the next round.

I guess the decision also depends on the producers' personal opinions. About the 'picking who to compete against', it's up to you to think that way. In the end, I suppose Jooheon gave up on his beat for One's beat so he basically had more chance to overtook Jooheon for the battle. Same goes for this one.

Whoa Gyuhwan has no will. That is why One chose him in the first place. He chose the weakest opponent in terms of both skill and will on purpose. His performance was definitely not the best but he could have won anyway without making the other guy look so bad.

Yg doesn't change his rappers' style. He's a trainee and he's in smtm, and Yg's stated before that he doesn't involve himself with smtm. They don't have the knowledge how to achieve their dreams so that is why they believe and trust the people from labels that have years of experience, not knowing that this is actually double edged blade. Lets be honest every single one of us had no idea what to do with our life and how to accomplish our dreams when we were young. And without support peoples can be easily crushed mentally and a lot of great talents can go to waste. I completely agree with you. The judges are lenient on way too many people but can be strict on the ones they want to be strict on. It's clear that they have their favorites and it doesn't matter if that person forgets their lyrics or does something stupid, they'll always choose them. I feel so bad for the really talented but not so popular rappers this season because all the screen time goes to the mediocre rappers (including one and myundo) in my opinion. I wish they showed more of Kim Hyoeun I think that's his name, Day Day, and the guy who went against Cjamm in the 1:1.

Aisha no, that's not what it means at all. Even the best ones forget their lyrics, the guy's just having a bad time bc he's having a lot of pressure, and even when messing up the judges recognize he's better.

Countless other contestants forgot their lyrics and were immediately dropped. But not One because hes 1) good looking 2) YG company 3) popular amongst the viewers (especially the girls). So therefore he can't be eliminated even if his performance and lyrics suck. Remember SMTM is a VARIETY SHOW. They all meet up prior to shooting, go over the script and take multiple cuts. The entire thing is all written in the scripts (those who win, lose, things they say).

and btw. his opponent is really no good from the lowest rank. go watch it in khiphop subs so you'd better understand since we are not koreans, we dont even know whats good or bad so i watch it with sub so atleast i can understand what they are saying before writing or sayong what i say .
