That tone, that pitch, that range, that voice makes this 53 year old man tear up. I was introduced to Kpop through my daughter, but was introduced to Red Velvet by my wife, and when I heard Wendy sing, I was floored! I immediately was a fan. I don't care about the competition out there who is the best female soloist currently. I just feel grateful that Wendy has comeback healthily and gave us this masterpiece after that long time we've been waiting for her. Music is about emotion and true music touches your heart, that's what I want to say about this song, smoothly and feeling at ease. Her voice is everything, no competition, no popularity burden like others, she is delivering TRUE music.
