I remember I just learned about Taemin and SHINee as a newbie in kpop during the pandemic when this song played with my earphones connected to my phone. I literally stopped walking and felt my world stop when the beat dropped. This song has changed my world ever since.

I seriously don’t understand how taemin does it. He outshines himself, every single time. Like every single time it gets even better. It’s always something so new and different with him. At this point I can’t even scream anymore, I’m just plain out in shock. The amount of artistry that flows out of him is so astonishing and crazy. I have yet to encounter another idol that’s at his level man. He’s something so new. It’s as if he reinvents himself every single time. I’m in complete awe.

I say this is a HUGE HUGE Taemin fan: This did not speak to me. I might be too old fashioned....I was not moved. Except I love how revolutionary some of these shots of him with seemingly little or no make-up are in the land of K Pop artifice. His beauty needs no gilding... @@daysjours I think the song may be harder to resonate with for some because it is quite abstract and hard to understand, even more-so than his other abstract songs. So some may be thrown off. I showed this to someone, and they were shook but asked me "uhhh but what does he mean by idea??" Lol. Loved it but didn't get it.

이곡은 왜 들을수록 더 좋아지냐.. 처음엔 크리미널이 압도적으로 좋았는데 이젠 거의 동등한 수준까지 올라옴... 흐름이 너무 좋아 처음 후렴엔 반주만 들려주고 그 다음 후렴구에 마마이데아 이거 넣은것도 참 좋고 이런 곡 분위기 소화할 수 있는 아티스트가 있어서 참 다행이다 ㅜㅜ 태민은 국보로 지정해야할듯;;

TAEMIN is currently an artist who can combine it all: dancing, charisma, performing and singing at the highest level at the same time. Some idols can sing better than TAEMIN but I'm sure they can't reach his dancing level. Some others may have a dancing level close to TAEMIN's level, but they certainly can't sing as well as him. I was looking to get into Korean music to help me maintain immersion for language learning and started with an Ateez based radio and instead learned very, *very* quickly that I really, _really_ like Taemin. Every time a song really captures my attention it's Taemin. Very quickly became a big fan and I am massively in love with the entirety of this song.

Same, I wish he had gotten this much recognition for 2Kids and Criminal as well. At least he has more promotions this time. And he’s appearing on music shows for more than a week as opposed to Criminal, so that’s great. Edit: So I just found out that apparently Taemin’s only going to be on music shows for a week??? 😟 SM really be doing him dirty here. 2 albums, in which he dedicated months of time and effort into writing lyrics for some of them... only for him to promote it for a week...
