What are you talking about...? Super Junior has been nothing but successful. It was because of groups like Super Junior that newer groups such as BTS, Twice, and EXO were able to win so many awards and become popular with international audiences. It was senior groups like SJ that opened up the doors to everything and for everyone. What can be addressed is their decline in popularity and tbh it only makes sense. They're an amazing group but boy and girl groups can only last so long before new ones replace them. Realistically speaking.

MAMA and other year end awards are always against SJ and other groups that deserve the awards. BTS not being up for dance proved it. These awards are simply popularity awards that are handed out.

Mostly because of their demographic! For example, EXO's demographic is mostly teenagers which happens to be the group that most uses KZfaq and has free time to spend watching videos in order to raise the views. Plus they are at their peak so they probably get a lot of views from non-fans as well. Super Junior's fans are mostly quite old lmao, most of them are young adults/adults. That means explains why their digital is so weak but their physical sales so good! While their fans wont spend all their free time watching their videos, they will buy the album once it comes out!

SM doesn't know how to promote Super Junior or their sub-units well.

I agree! Yes, it was fun and exciting to vote, increase sales and points, and give SJ the awards and recognition they deserved all these years. We've achieved so much with SJ, and I think it's time that SJ can finally be able to enjoy making music and performing on stage without the pressure of winning awards. They deserve that. SJ is a sunbae group, a group that has paved the way to other Kpop groups, a group who led the Hallyu Wave, a group who has introduced many of us to the world of Kpop, a group who has gone thru so much to finally be here with us. I think supporting their music is definitely important and needed but we should also support by just appreciating what we currently have, and what we have is Super Junior showing us love thru their music, performances, social media, and so on. I've been a fan since 2008; I've seen how much SJ and long-time ELFs have grown and matured. It's the little things that we've finally learned to enjoy and appreciate, and honestly, I love supporting Super Junior this way. Finally, everything feels peaceful and completed after all these years. I love you, Suju. :)

Actually they are doing pretty great, as I always say please dont spread miss information bcs it discourage other ELF, specially those who are not ELF from the beginning but to the end and still wanna see SJ keep winning. digitals were not all kill but did good and phisical toped Gaon and Hanteo and still do. Oh and when the boys say they dont care about prizes and awards, pls dont believe them :) just go and see their faces on the last gaon awards, they do care and lets be honest when they win we jump and cry and laugh and celebrate like crazy so it means ELF care too.
