Because it comes under Indian Navy.. one can go to Karwar and ask for permit. On special occasion they allow. But the rock on Island are very sharp and dangerous.

Dont go to scuba diving with reef adventures in netrani island. they promise for more time but take u for 2-3 mins. they r making fools of customers

During our visit we were there at island for full 4 hrs (10:30 am to 2:30 pm). We were around 30 ppl in our batch. Everyone got enough time to do scuba diving. But sorry to hear that you didn't get time.

Don't believe reef adventure, this all paid promotion, service is very worst, they changed 5k , still they didn't send video of mine, only focus on Money, don't waste your money and time, wrost service
