Hooked up! My phone alarm is going off because I set the timer to leave before dark. Anyways,im field testing the new Shimano Vanford 2500 and its holding up so far.

Its the Vanford 2500 with a eva knob and cap from hedgehog studio in Japan.

Thanks. I own a STR 861 8’-6” 4-8 lb. Wonderful rod for the largest trout or even brooders, but Salmon (like the monsters you catch) would be too much. Need an EDGE upgrade!. 🍻 cheers
