Aww i know this is four years old but this is so precious. Im sure you’ve heard this before but this species of snail is an invasive species that really harm the environment. Theyre fine in captivity (im guessing) but if you see them outdoors youre meant to crush them because if theyre left to grow they can go on to further hamr the environment. If it makes you feel better about it though, majority of them turn out to be runts that dont survive anyway.

DO NOT adopt these snails. they are invasive, poisonous, and will kill any snail around it.
@andygold2 жыл бұрын
Placing the egg cases in water will drown the snails inside their eggs. They only can breathe in water once they have hatched. That's why the female has to lay the eggs ABOVE water. You'd be better off placing the eggs on top of something like a screen, above your water so that although still sitting in humid environment, the eggs will stay above water.

Stones are a bad idea. snails climb on the side of the wall and when fall they can break the shells on the stones. Also it’s important to know eggs apart, brown gardens snails breathe, and river pond snails can be under water. Garden snails don’t survive under water but in moist above water conditions. Sea and river lake snails are a different case. water snails lay eggs under or near the water.
