I saw an episode wherein BBC Cameraman explained that they've been covering the whiskers family for years, they've been accustomed to seeing the humans all the time and just ignore him. Most of the time they use him as a lookout tower. Climbing up on his back and head and sit there and patrols for intruders. LOL

The whiskers I have seen them since the leader died from a snake bite. This was my favorite show and it was on the night I had my bone marrow transplant and because the medical staff knew it was playing while I received my marrow a room full of people got an education on Meerkats. The next year I got to see real meerkats at the zoo in Louisville. I did not live there my donor did and he arranged it now isn’t that something I should have been doing something for him but he does it for me. They are so small.

Broke my heart when Flower died , I was so angry that they didn't save her. I was a 44 year old grown man when Flower died yet I cried like a baby and I was in a state for weeks after

No. Most venoms act too fast for an immune system to respond. You need a ton of antibodies immediately to neutralize the toxins. If you are repeatedly (ie, way more than twice) exposed to low doses of venom, it’s possible you could have enough antibodies to act if you get bitten. But that’s a long and painful process that likely will damage your body. And it may very well not work if the animal gives you a high enough dosage.

You can build resistance to some toxins (not all) by gradually exposing yourself to micro doses (extremely diluted samples) over a few years. But never full immunity, there is simply no biological mechanic for that. If the guy you watch says anything different he's spreading dangerously inaccurate information for views If the guy you watch is telling people they can become instantly immune by getting bit, you should report him. It's the same as telling kids to eat tide pods or something equally silly Edit: and in no circumstance will you gain immunity from one bite.
