Absolutely love this video, awesome snappers. I wish you could have showed more on your technique in terms of casting, leaving bail arm open, rigs, hook sizes etc. Awesome 🎣

In New Zealand only male snapper get that bump, but not nearly as high as that one. They think it might be from smashing kina (sea urchins)

Hi AFN, i have tried for the past 4months SP with not one fish.... I am just wondering how fast was the current? i am guessing guessing 1/2oz jig head 3/0 hook with 7inch SP? were you chucking up or down current?

I fish for snapper in New zealand we drift, and cast ahead of the drift
