That lady is a tribute to the original music video. It begins with a guy offering them ear plugs so they don’t fall victim to the party rock zombie apocalypse that takes over everybody in the video. She represents the intro to the song.

Yeah here in Germany we have the "Fasnet/Fasching/Karneval" it's always around february. In southern Germany there are big events where groups from other villages comes to a village and walk with their music band ("Guggenmusic") and their people with masks. These masks often represents a "Person" or Animal from the history of the village. The most used masks are witches. This thing (Fasching) was "made" to scare the winter ghosts. But now days the most people just use it to drink alcohol and make party. (Sorry for my bad English)
@tikayle91305 жыл бұрын
@@twentynineeleven9412 Sorry this is kind of late, but your English is very good! The only "big" thing is you should take out the word 'make' in your last sentence, since party is a verb there.

considering the diversity of skill levels of the various members of this group, plus the fact that this is a marching band (who are probably more accustomed to playing Amazing Grace than Party Rock) makes it all the more remarkable on how they managed to pull it off. Of course there are a few kinks in the pipe (as many flash mobs of this caliber have) but the fact that these people went and put on an impromptu show like this and anchoring the space in a town square like that is no small feat. Well done to all involved, minus of course the "15 minutes of fame" woman plugging her ears towards the beginning.
@evanbuck58575 жыл бұрын

Honestly trying to figure out how 2000 + people can dislike this???Too many people obviously take life too seriously. Not sure if it's pretty jealousy or if there is a conflict from a rival high school.I personally hope I live long enough to see something like this up close and personal. I would cherish it till end of memory.
@DBX19957 жыл бұрын
I don't think it's a rival high school, more like a rival sports club (TSV is roughly an abbreviation for sports club). But I'm not sure if there is any rivalry between sports clubs or their marching bands. (Besides the big clubs which fans hate each other like FC Bayern and 1860)

Kenny B k so, 1) that is clearly not a high school, there are adults in it, it's likely a community group, which is why I'm not going to bash on them hard, they likely only meet every once and a while and have no minimum skill level req. 2) most people liking this either aren't in marching band or were not in a good one in high school. This is cool but the amount of rusty or new players makes it sound terrible. Their drum line was not together the first half of their cadence and their wind sound quality was very bad. They are just doing It for fun. But they aren't good, it's cool, not good.

You want a real marching band performance to cherish, watch a DCI group. That is talent
