A jake production credit is probably the only thing that could get me to listen to Russ. The man never misses 🔥
@Chris-mo9et2 жыл бұрын
Yo I slept on Russ - the whole Chomp 2 project is fire; the credit is what led me to the album. If you are a real hip hop head you will not be disappointed!
@jjbing3 Жыл бұрын
I never listened to Russ until I saw the tracklist for Chomp 2. Still his only album I’ve listened to it. It was great!
@The_Catalyzt9 ай бұрын
You don't have to like Russ' personality, but you gotta respect his pen. Dude's a lyricist and a hip-hop student, straight up.

It's humbling and so cool to hear a great Producer as himself say that he was tryna make some "ATLiens" "Organized Noise" type sound bc THEM DUDES really were futuristic and nicely different imo back in the 90s and their Music has stood the test of time. Salute Jake Uno!

Super dope as always and I am so grateful you continually make these videos which show the production behind the curtain, giving us all knowledge and motivation to keep pushing.🙏🏼❤💯 The mix of synth bass wrapped up into a sample, ASR/sine based bass, 808, and big kick is advanced to pull off sometimes but not too hard. The main synth and the main drum groove together so as always don't be too complex, so the rapper has space to create. 🎨
