Ur last sneaker collection video was the very 1st video of ur channel I'd ever watched and instantly fall in love. It was such an inspirational video. I used to thought sneakers had such an "auntie/ Karen" vibe. Or only wear them for working out etc. Never had any idea that they can be stylish and cute and chic! LOVE this kind of video!

I worked at Nike for 4 years (lowkey miss it) and we used to ALWAYS have the Monarch’s in stock at the Outlet Mall, idk about now bc I never go there anymore. But literally ALWAYS. And I remember a couple guys chose them for their “uniform” (where we got to choose stuff to wear to work & it was free, there’s a term but I forgot it☹️) as a joke to make them fly and they did! Now full circle they’re in style😂

I really enjoy this channel but I have to say much of this "street wear" and sneakers..etc .. is truly indicative of the BLACK community. Im disappointed there is no basis of knowledge shared about this topic as you show off this particular style. Your style of makeup, hair even some of the words you use are adaptation of the BLACK community. Where's the segment on BLACK HISTORY MONTH. Let's move forward in society even though the privileged takes what is not theirs and profits without true acknowledgment. I want to be clear there is no animosity just disappointment. :(

She does briefly mention that this style is adapted from the black community about 4 minutes in, but I can understand why you’d be disappointed. She doesn’t go into detail, but you’re right, maybe it would be cool to see her talk about the fashion history of street wear and hear more of her thoughts!
