@Sneed Mobile Tech I use to use AT&T Prepaid had no complaints, but, we never had a mobile app to access our accounts. Online only and that was a pain because it was not user friendly. I am glad to see the upgrades!

I love that Verizon prepaid gives me complete access to the Verizon App and all it's features where I can do things like port my number in or change caller ID name and many other features, At&t prepaid and tmobile prepaid don't offer that so this makes Verizon prepaid so much more sophisticated.

Much better! More than double the priority data and more hotspot for $5 more. No brainer. I called because I didn't want to mess up my autopay or break their system with a plan change. AT&T advised to wait until the day before my cycle ends to switch the plan 👍

Like everything in life the price goes up doesn’t sound too bad especially for what you get more premium data and hotspot data can’t go wrong.

I have a Netgear Nighthawk 5G hotspot and I think it’s interesting that my AT&T hotspot plan includes 5G DSS access but no 5G+ cband access on any prepaid hotspot plan.

Damn lol, i live in canada and i was going to sign up for the prepaid unlimited since there was no limit to roaming. I was waiting for them to add some hotspot data, but now they limit it. I was gunna use so much data😂

My wife and I are retired now and went to an AT&T prepaid yearly plan for like $300 each per year plus their fees. We get 2gb each per month and never come close to even using it. The question is we have older Apple iPhones, mine a 10 and my wife's an 11. The problem is we hardly get good signals anywhere and not even LTE let alone a ?G We are not that techy but are wondering if it's the age of our phones and we need to upgrade. We were told by an AT& T rep at Costco because we are on a prepaid plan and the age of our phones we cannot pick up all the upgraded towers. Will greatly appreciate any advice of what we might do to get better service. Don't mind spending the money to buy newer phones but if the prepaid plan is the problem why do it? But no included hotspot anymore like it used to have. Now you have to buy a data add-on at $2 a gigabyte if you want wireless hot spot.

I love the change to the 25 a month plan. It can be said you can get for essentially 50 bucks you can get unlimited visible and att prepaid. The two top networks 🦾 that combo is going to be tough to beat.

IDk... I think at&t is out of touch with this market segment. The other three branded budget carriers (Metro, Visible and Boost Mobile) seem to offer better value plans for single line... The $25 plan at at&t is only accessible if you prepay the entire year and only includes 16GB of priority data where at least 35GB if not more with other comparable plans elsewhere.... Also at&t's Cricket single line is a bit steep as well. I have Cricket right now paying $55 on the autopay discount and I am having a hard time justifying it... especially when the data speeds are not that great in my immediate area. Only thing going is the signal reaches my parents house when visiting there but is it enough of a reason? I am thinking maybe not...

Another way to sign up for the plan is just to buy an at&t sim card and avtivate it on the phone browser.

WalmartTarget,Best Buy,Walgreens,Family dollar,7-11 near me all have the prepaid SIM card kits from AT&T. So not a problem.

You pretty much get the sim activate it on the unlimited max plan and then you have to call the porting department to port in your number if you wish to keep it anyway

Their prepaid site is very weird. When I signed up I didn’t see the previous plan until after my phone started activating. T-Mobile is definitely a lot better at setting prepaid up, however their prepaid plans kind of suck

Same here I can't see it I only see 3 plans $30, $40 And $65 plans they all stink I want the $50 plan without autopay but they won't do it without Auto pay or going in store bad luck for me because i already have a plan if I start a new I'll need to change my phone number from everywhere like Amazon, Walmart and target store and more stores that I already have my phone number connected to also Google has my number I'll just stay with the $40 plan I won't do Auto pay I just hope one day they stop playing around and give us the $50 plan without autopay to me that nonsense but it is what it is. 😏

Prepaid through the app it didn't work out at all Prepaid kept having problems after problems with the app and many customers couldn't pay their service most of the time

Somebody should tell AT&t that junk and trash are two different things third freaking piece of crap phone I've got from you people I. What that was supposed to spend 2 hours on the phone with your with customer service to find out what the hell's wrong with it no I don't think so not again. 😅 In our failed system I don't think you people will be held accountable but I'm hoping things change and we have a system where you people in corporate America that are profiting from selling garbage or held accountable
