I remember watching this video when I was at college, loved the idea of 100 games in 10 minutes! It's nostalgic to watch this video again, but also sad because the author passed away (discovered just now after reading some comments on 100 Amiga games video). R.I.P. Laffer35, your videos are still awesome to watch even today :'(

The first super nintendo video I watched 13 years ago.. it was the start of my gaming obsession, I was so enamored with each game they looked soo cool. I wanted almost every game on this video. When I got my first job in 2013 i could finally buy these amazing games and start retro collecting. Really incredible video thank you.

I was pretty young at the time and I never realised until watching this video, that there were that many good games out there. My cousin and I would only play Double dragon, Battletoads, Streetfighter, ninja turtles and a couple more. This video was awesome!

I really do miss the old games back in the day. Those were the memorable moments in my life. Today I cannot get myself to play the 3D games like ps3/xbox360/wii. Hell, I can't even play the ps1, dreamcast, or the nintendo 64! There's something about the retro charm that I can't seem to figure out.

Arch Stanton It's not the console that was great, the games were. Compared to our modern day consoles the snes is crap, really we can emulate everything that the snes struggled with without losing a pound.

***** It's funny how many of Playstation's graphics haven't aged well due to the experimentation of 3D technology, whereas Super Nintendo games have aged very well considering today's indie titles are borrowing concepts seen from the SNES era. Even today, we're still playing RPG Maker games, side-scrollers, Touhou rail-shooters, and listening to nostalgic 16-bit music. Tournament fighters are still being fought on the same single lined x-coordinate in Street Fighter 4 and Super Smash Bros., while early Playstation games tried forcing in a rotatable camera. It's ironic some of the Playstation's best games, like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, look like they were ripped from a SNES. With the exception of a few games, I don't miss the early Playstation days one bit, but it did teach the industry a number of valuable gaming lessons. Namely, the SNES has aged like fine wine, while the Playstation aged like smelly shit.

Being only 16 I never grew up on the SNES, when I watched this video back in 2008 and I thought the SNES looked awesome! this video made me buy one off Ebay having never played one before. The music is also superb, I love old C64 remixes. :)

@onesprinterzero The three tunes in video are all remixes by Remedy, the titles are as follows (and in this order) - International Karate Comic Bakery Last Ninja - The Palace The Comic Bakery tune is probably more widely known for being used in Jurassic Park for the NES, but it was originally used in Comic Bakery.

I'm 16 and i've played almost all this games on my computer when i was 8 to 10 years old. Idk how but i still have ALL the snes roms on my computer. 2 games that i highly recommend are : Earthbound and Donkey Kong country 3 . Perfect games!

My favorite snes games are the Donkey Kong Country triology, The Addams Family, Zelda a link to the past, Super Metroid, SF2, Castlevania 4, Super Mario RPG, TMNT Turtles in Time, Contra 4, and so many others my list would be about 5 to 6 pages long. I just love this system so much ever since I first got it for Christmas in 1994. This was the first system I ever owned or played. The first video games that I played were Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 2 in the arcade when they first came out in 1991 and 1992 respectively.

I'd be ever so grateful if anyone knew the name of a Super Nintendo game that was about some dude on a bike who delivered newspapers, except throwing it at the mailbox (but you could miss and break stuff such as windows). I used to play that when I was like 6 or 7, and it would be awesome to go back in time even if just inside my mind.

358 people had the jaguar and the jaguar cd instead of the snes. the snes will always be one of the greatest systems ever.the games are still fun to play till this very day.as well as the genesis and the 8-bit nes.all 3 had fun factor

I would not say every one of those games is great, but this console still got a lot more absolutely amazing games than any console that came after it.
