When you have a lot of money you can't just divide it so much, also businesses move much more than $2MM a month, it's not so easy to keep it divided.

That gentleman’s savings probably wasn’t in a bank account but in an investment account like Vanguard or Charles Schwab. Of course any of these investment platforms are not FDIC insured

I love watching your videos, some good interviewers like Shawn Ray, Earn your leisure allows the person to be interview without constant verbal feedback, as you are 🎤 ed up so your voice often drown out the interviewees word. Non verbal listening and acknowledgment works as well

Put $5 a month into a savings account. Act like it was lost or disappeared when you put it in there. Don't withdraw it. Act like it was already spent.

@@SurfyStories FDIC only insures your money in a bank up to $250k. So if the bank goes under, you could lose $2.65 million. Technically if you had 2.9 million, you should put $250k into 12 different banks because the FDIC limit doesn’t count in between banks, but @YoungEmmanuelSam is right in if you have a payroll situation where you have to pay a large amount of money each month, it would be an accounting nightmare to have that many bank accounts.
