You should try Enabler Leona support. the way teh build works is you build every item in teh game to enhance your ally's damage. you take PTA, attackspeed runes, with resolve secondary. For your first item you go Zekes. Then you build Imperial mandate (for burst) or Evenshroud (for sustained bonus damage). you pick your target, E in then auto q auto to isnta proc pta and by then your passive and your items have activated on that target and they suddenly take ALOT more damage from your entire team but mainly your marked target. abyssal mask and black cleaver are also good to lower the enemy's resistances from your team too!

I have an idea for a cool combo: Step 1: Take Ezreal and Zoe Step 2: have Zoe sleep an enemy Step 3: Ezreal hits his W on sleeped champ Step 4: one shot them
