Fast run is a mod that can be applied to any account on gta 5 online and it remains on your account forever. I have it on all my accounts that I transferred to ps4 and my pc ones so it’s likely a modder has put it on stead’s account in a random public lobby on pc.

I get it cappy I get it For those who don't know the monkeys paw is basically a geine except all the wishes are horrible for example the couple who got the paw wishes for money to pay taxes and their son died in a factory so the family was reimbursed the money to pay their taxes which was only a few hundred then they wishes to see their son again so his corpse knocked on their front door and I forget the rest but I think they wishes that they never found the monkeys paw and something even worse happened
