Heart wants what the heart wants even it’s not good. Mimi is probably doing the exact same thing she mistakenly does on the outside. She never stopped liking Ayo even when he was showing problematic signs. And in truth, Ayo is good with the gaslighting. I liked her and Josh, however I don’t think Mimi is ready for a Josh quite yet. With that said, Mimi isn’t the villain because she’s just being human. She may seem calm, cool and collected, but I beginning to think that’s an armor she wears. And unfortunately, the girl just really really likes Ayo….not going to hate on her for that.

Unpopular opinion but she’s got to have no regrets. The heart wants what it wants. She can like Jess and respect Josh and still just really want to kiss Ayo. Ayo doesn’t like people not liking him. He didn’t like it when Mimi stayed away from him, he tries to placate everyone. I think he’ll kiss Mimi and then hopefully have a realization that it’s always been her.
