Tbh, I prefer his version to the original but what do you guys think? Let me know in the comments. Did you know, he produced and co-wrote it? I feel like you can hear it in the way he sings it - it sounds so natural.
What does this song make you feel? Personally, this song really makes me want to just fall in love. I played it the other day while I with was with my situationship and it's just SOO intensely intimate. I was almost blushing while we sat and listened to it because you can really feel the heart in this song & also I guess it's kinda how I feel towards them.
To me it's a song that encapsulates that feeling you get when infatuation and incompatibility meet. The longing for things to work when you know the likely outcome and the eventual heartbreak that waits for you. What's crazy about that type of heartbreak is that we're mourning a fantasy, not reality. Sometimes, we look at all the good from a mediocre situation, when really we should just see it for what it is... MEDIOCRE.
All that to say, I acc do think I am catching feelings for my situationship. Although, I'm still trying to unpack how real those feelings are. But , really, feelings might be the realest thing we have so idk why I question if they're real. Maybe, it's more sensible to question if they're valid...
