Snorkeling in Sharm El Sheikh and Dahab (Egypt)

I went to Dahab and Sharm El Sheik to find the best snorkel and diving spots in Egypt. Like the Blue Hole, Eel Garden and El Faran, in the Red Sea and the Golf of Aqaba.
Thousands of fish, wonderful corals and strange creatures!
Some of the fish are poisonous and can be dangerous for humans.
Like the Lion Fish and Bluespotted Ribbontail Ray.
Let me know in the comments if you recognize other fish!
Sharm El Sheik was not what I wanted. 30 kilometers of resorts that own the beaches that give access to the reefs.
Dahab is amazing. And old bedouin city that used to be a hotspot for hippies in the 70's.

Out of curiosity, how do you snorkel up to 7m without an oxygen air supply?

Hi Cheryl, good question. It is understandable that for most people is not possible. I have always been a good swimmer and can go to a depth of 10 meters easily. With a little bit of practice, I bet you could come to 5 meters easily.
