Yes, again. I went back to Similan & Surin Islands one month after my January trip: but this time I had an underwater camera and spent all my time there snorkelling. It was during Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day so I expected a small crowd, but in the end there were only four speed boats in Similan and three in Surin.
It was my first time with a GoPro underwater, and there are many tricks I still need to learn, but it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to go free diving and diving again. You'll see some very colourful parrot fishes, a surgeon fish, a starfish or two, some beautiful soft and hard corals, a turquoise clam, a unicorn fish, a puffer fish and much more. Visibility was great in Similan and a little less good in Surin, but that may vary (one month ago it was the other way 'round).
There are a few shots from the viewpoint in Similan and the Moken village in Surin, but mostly this is an underwater video.
