Woke up early to shoot snowfall in Paris yesterday. Spent the morning around the Louvre. It was awesome. Funny to see your « snow video » coming out today.

i’m two years late to this video, but the comment about seeing geese on a snowy winter day in Chicago (“i thought they would go where it’s warm. who knows? maybe the deep dish pizza is pretty good for them”) was hilarious 😂

☀️ California! I really connect with your photography style. You get such amazing shots that I want to keep looking at. The one of the man leaning inside the doorway smoking was perfect. But the Birdseye of the train was my favorite. I want that photo on my wall. ❤️

haha i know how it feels to overdress for the cold. i don't have any gloves for my bike ride to college so i wear these huge ski ones even tho it hasnt been vey cold here at all

Thank you for all those great angles and locations. Starting out on photography here in Chicago, and is always great to get more inspiration. Gonna look through the pictures I took yesterday facing north from the bridge on Balbo over the railroad tracks to see if I get a green pixel. I´m pretty sure I got you in there! Cheers from Chicago, and stay warm these next couple days, winter is about to get real in Chi-beria.

Thanks Pierre, we’ve had some snow here in the U.K. not to the extent you have it there but hoping we get a bit more as I’ve only done Landscape with snow and that was before I got more interested in photography, or learnt what I have.

Hello. I really love your work and your youtube channel content on both are really phenomenal and helpful everyone especially people like me. Can you point me in right direction starting with camera as i have start from scratch. Here are two cameras 1. Sony Alpha A6000y 24.3MP Digital SLR + 16-50mm Lens + 55-210mm Lens 2. Nikon D3400 Digital Camera with Lens AF-P DX Nikkor 18-55mm, 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR Lens Which one should I chose ?

The body you prefer but get a better lens. Lens 50mm 1.8 or 35mm 1.4 instead of those. :)

Down here, we are burning like hell!!! ok, since it is snowing a lot, here's a challenge: go to Buddy Guy's Legends bar and teach us how to shoot a gig at this bar ;) Often Buddy Guy himself is sitting at the bar just hanging out when he decides to take the stage if you're lucky enough!

hey Pierre, proud we are all outdoors even if freezing to death! Don't you fear for your camera & objectives when it's snowing? i never know how much does it need to have liquid damage, i'm superstitious, once i killed an old zoom lens small compact with just few drops of rain
