LA LLORONA - SER MUJER is an interdisciplinary art project of Snowapple in collaboration with journalist/writer Pedro Miguel and animation studio La Furia Estudios. The project was created to raise awareness for the femicides in Mexico. The project consists of a song with corresponding video that has been shown on many international film festivals and women's rights festivals. It is contemporary animation art with special techniques like stop-motion and collage.
