What's so good about Franklin's performance is he is conveying energy based off the despair we have yet to see: the damage Manboy and the people he is connected too can do to Franklin's business if provoked further by Leon. I would also watch Bootsie in Season 4 too...Leon has two big enemies

I felt it was too early to kill him, and I was a bit annoyed, but the writer made a Trick to made him more annoying, that he can die easier for the fans. Also Deaths in Series annoyes me, when it was a Maincharacter, but Snowfall do it very well. As long the Main Protagonists are Alive (Franklin, Teddy, and Gustavo), it's all good.

Franklin is like Avon and Stringer from the Wire combined man literally becoming the perfect blend of both of them in this moment. The building of his street smarts AND business smarts culminating in this moment of pure frustration at one of his best friends, the night before murdering the man who raised him as a child but at the same time giving him no other option.

This is some real High Caliber acting. I'm so grateful that John Singleton really captured the internal and external conflicts that take place in the dope game in South Central LA. F.Y.I, WC of Westside Connection was a consultant for the dialogue and the mannerisms of the characters.

When you can hold your composure during a sticky situation these two just dealt with and drove for a few mins knowing your steaming hot. Shows true character on his mind frame and how to handle a situation in any circumstances.

He reminds me of a young Denzel. Just his inflection on certain words and the pauses in between. I know his dialect coach is from Westside Connection. He did a great job with him being as he’s Really from England. Really great actor.
