I can imagine myself bundled up, taking a stroll through those streets, feeling the crisp air, and hearing the satisfying crunch of snow underfoot. As someone who has never been to Finland, this footage gives me such a longing to experience the magic of a Finnish winter! 🥶

This is apparently due to the fact that I grew up in hot countries and was tired of the constant heat. Snow seems calm, quiet and cozy to me. Sounds strange if you think about it for more than five minutes 😊

I feel like people are happier about the weekend, myself included. Glad you enjoyed the walk. I would say this is what an average medium sized city looks like in Finland, there isn't always a big body of water or amazing historical buildings. No one was getting their outdoor Vitamin D that day!! It's a whole different world on this kind of day. The bicycle tunnels are quite scenic covered in snow. The tree at 42:30 is starkly dramatic!! Would be interesting to go back in the Springtime and see how beautiful that tree must be. 🌳💚 Now the trees are getting their winter's rest. Nice to see you Robin. That's right, on snowy days the lighting is very gray everywhere. It's a very different atmosphere without the sun. I don't like gray days without snowfall, it feels boring to me. Only 2 months of winter left, so far i wish i had filmed more but i can only do so much.
