Mam, I love snowmen and I love your faces. I collect snowmen but I am picky about their faces and your's are A+. I hope you had a Merry Christmas. It is 4am in VA and I awakened about 20 min ago. I came home in Tuesday not feeling well and I was wishing I had someone here to make me a cup of tea. I fell asleep watching a video of a renovated assisted living and I just awakened and my eye glasses were on my face phone on my chest and I picked up the phone. Culpepper Gardens was still on the screen frozen the video has ended but your video was in the Culpepper Gardens square. That was odd. I had seen a video of yours the other day for the first one and really liked it. Why wait until later today so I clicked on it to watch. So I never had my cup of tea when I came home from work last night but, your video was my cup of tea. Play on words no doubt. At Michaels before Christmas I picked up a package of wood rounds but just planed and pre sanded no park in their sides. I actually would like to find your's . I live in a 610 square ft condo so limited space for crafts shared with linens in a min closet. I am hoping to buy a home next summer and praying for a shed enough room for a work bench and where I found out a battery operated heater inside or a little indoor porch. If you have storage here is a tip for you. Save your Christmas tree outside until your time permits. Take all the branches off. Recut the ends of and cut down the top. Somehow sturdy the wood pole in a crock or heavy large pickle jar. Take a white wax candle and with a bic lighter melt a good amount of candle wax on both ends to keep the wood from splitting if you keep it in the basement. Then when your ready before next Christmas or sooner cut the rounds down to your width and make your own rounds. Just an idea for you. Maybe more work than it's worth. Great timing to see this as a friend's Mom passed away a few months ago and she invited me to come into her mom's craft room and all designated and organized by projects. I have been beading since I was 9 and I just turned 60. I had my pick of beads, lots of Christmas fabric which is my weakness. I am known as the button and ribbon lady but I already have hundreds of buttons but did take about 10 rolls of plaid ribbon which I have never had. I took orange felt to have in hand thinking of next Fall. Yey, I have felt now for your snowman nose and to finish up a snowman project I never finished by Christmas time. I cannot recall how you did the eyes and mouth so I will have to rewatch. I have white paint on hand already. I have a large bag and a small bag of Popsicle sticks on hand unopened. I have no clue why phone is capitalizing Popsicle. This is a great video .....OMG I loved how you covered the entire jar also. I do have pinking sheets and my kitchen rug (never finished sewing the matching valance) is black and white buffalo check and my bathroom rug and valance is the same. My kitchen floor is black tile and my bathroom tile is orig vintage floor from the 1940s. My shower curtain is the same as the curtains. I am going to go back to sleep until 6. I am happy to see this video somehow linked to Culpepper Gardens. I hope you had a nice Christmas and I hope you have a Happy and Healthy Craft Packed New Year. I LOOOOOVE Christmas craft videos too bad I am not retired yet! This past Fall I was involved in a 3 day craft sale and I did OK but, next year I will have so many better crafts from all these wonderful videos this year. I already have an idea to make using your snowman face with the pipe cleaner ear muffs and I have a large bag of those glittery pompoms on hand and a large bag of pipe cleaners in hand.
